Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you've chosen.

For example, if you order a dress, it will need 4-10 business days of processing time and then 8-15 business days of shipping time if you select standard shipping. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 12-25 business days.

Return Policy

  • Items(except swimwear,underwear, bag&accessories) can be returned within 14 days from the delivered date.
  • Receive within 14 days from the date of shipment.
  • Items need to be returned in their original (unused) condition with all tags attached.
  • Return shipping fee needs to be paid by the buyer.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How do I return an item?

  • Use the recommended amount of a premium detergent for delicate articles.
  • Silk articles need to be washed separately because they have a lower colorfastness than other fabrics.
  • Hand washing is recommended for delicate items such as lace, lingerie, wool, silk or very dark colors that may fade. Use lukewarm or cold water under 30°C and squeeze out excess water gently. turn clothes inside out when hanging up and do not dry them in full sunlight.
  • The clothes should be at least 75% dry before ironing. Iron at a temperature range of 100°C to 180°C depending on the fabric.
  • The steam setting should be high since ironing silk requires a lot of moisture. After the silk is lightly misted with water, it should be placed face down on the ironing board and be covered with a press cloth.
  • To preserve your leather clothes, it is advisable to clean them by hand washing or dry cleaning.
